About the Store
Based in New Westminster, British Columbia, Canada, in an area known as Queensborough, Jewelry by Saniki Creations does not have a brick and mortar store. All creations are available online or at local craft fairs/community markets and events. To personally view our unique collection of handcrafted Chainmaille Jewelry, you are more than welcome to Contact Us to set up an appointment.
Jewelry by Saniki Creations are designed solely by, Penny Cheng. Our Chainmaille jewelry and accessories creations are all handmade either Made to Order, Custom Made, One of a Kind or Limited Editions pieces. We utilize and manipulate materials to create an unique and personal look. Depending on the piece, materials used are, but not limited to, geniune Swarovski and Chinese Crystals, Semi-Precious Gemstones, Copper, Stainless Steel, Jeweller's Brass and other Base Metals, plus Czech Republic, Milifiore, Lampwork and various other Glass Beads.
Since most of the designs are limited in quantity, certain styles may not be available again.

We accept all

bank eCheck payments via PayPal.
PayPal is a secure way to pay without exposing your
credit card or bank information. An account with PayPal is not required to use this method of payment.
Please note: eCheck can take up to 7 to 10 business days before it is cleared, therefore your order may be delayed until payment has cleared our account.
Shipping
We ship via Canada Post to any address confirmed by PayPal. If your address is not confirmed, please
Contact Us to verify your shipping address in order to avoid delays in shipment. Shipment normally will be made within 48 hours of cleared payment. Please allow an additional 3 to 7 days for custom/personalized orders (Made to Order) to be shipped. Shipping fees are based on dimension and weight of package per order and depending on country designation. We do not ship on Sundays or Canadian Statutory Holidays. As we do not have a physical retail store, we do not provide pick ups from our location.
Jewelry by Saniki Creations is not liable for any packages lost or damaged once it's in the hands of the Post Office. All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the Customer.
Due to customs, holidays, postal strikes, or acts of nature, timeframe for delivery is a guideline only.
Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 7 days from receipt of package to return your order. Item(s) must be unused and in original packaging or refund will not be applied. You will be responsible for all shipping costs to send back to us. A refund will be issued via PayPal for the Item Price less Original Shipping Fee once we receive the item. A Restocking Fee of 10% will also be taken from the Item Price. Refunds are issued within 5 business days of receipt of items returned. Please Contact Us first so we can issue you a Return Control Number (RCN) to be attached to the item that will be returned.
